The Agile Central Europe conference is underway.

This is the inaugural year of what should be a fantastic conference, put together by Paul Klipp, the owner of Lunar Logic Polska, a software development shop here in Krakow, Poland. I’m proud to be a speaker, sponsor, and on the program committee of the first year for Agile CE. I’m also the only American in attendance, so I’ll be sure to leave a great impression :)

Starting off the day is Rachel Davies, fresh from the release of her new book – Agile Coaching (a must read). Topics for talks then range from software craftsmanship to clean code to scaling Scrum, and beyond. I’ll be talking on Friday about doing distributed Agile in multicultural environments – something we’ve been doing at Atlantic Dominion Solutions for a number of years.

The tweets will probably come in hot and heavy, so look for #agilece to keep up with the conference news and tips. Also check out my Flickr set, which will have much more coming.
