Defining Done on Agile Projects

In any project, “done” can mean many things to many people. Acceptance criteria are the tools we use to define done. So who created these acceptance criteria, what do they look like, and how do we test for them? That’s what we discussed at the March meeting of the Scrum Lunch and Learn. Here’s the slides.
