Expens’d Roadmap

Here at ADS we are very user-centric when it comes to our applications, and we are taking our use of scrum to a whole new level. You, our users, are our product owners. That means that you tell us what to develop, and when. You do this by adding your ideas to the ADS AppSuite support site for the product(s) you’re using, and by voting up those features that you want. The more votes a feature gets, the higher up the priority list it goes. Here’s what’s on our roadmap for expens’d, the order of popularity:

• As a User, when I select a Tripit trip, I can see additional information about the trip (link)
• As a User, when I select a Tripit travel object, I can see additional information about it (link)
• As a User, I can select the currency to use on a per-expense basis (link and link)
• As a User, I can click on a tag on the expense lists, and see an expense report for that tag (link)
• As an Account Admin, I can select the date formatting I want to use, so that I can use it on all expense forms and reports (link)
• As a User, I can view the currency and expense amount in different columns (link)
• As a User, I can delete an unused tag (link)
• As a User, I can import expenses from a CSV file (link)
• As a User, I can create a bill, so I can log an expense against it (link)
• As a User, I can log an expense against a bill
• As a User, I can set the reminder time for paying a bill
• As the Site, I can email a User a reminder to pay unpaid Bills
• As the Site, I can run a report of my bills
