		<description>Too bad I missed it, sounds like they took a similar approach to implementing agile to how we implemented agile.  ItÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s interesting, we had the same basic reasons to implement agile.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I tried the evangelizing approach to spread knowledge, it worked at first to build excitement.  As more people attended the CSM class they had the basic knowledge to help tailor agile for our environment.  This step was important as more people took ownership for the success of agile. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;ItÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s a lot of work transitioning to agile but well worth it.&lt;br&gt;Pat</description>
