		<description>We are investigating JRuby for an upcoming application where I work.  I work for one of those large enterprises that has an big investment in Java and the Java related resources required to support it.  JRuby will fit nicely into our current landscape with the least amount of disruption while allowing us to take advantage of the goodness of Ruby and Rails.
