Atlantic Dominion Solutions, LLC is closing our acquisition by another Rails development firm. We are looking to expand the existing 14-member Rails development team with an East Coast office, and I am looking for experienced Rails developers to work on exciting products and with Fortune 100 clients. We are looking for the following skill set (at a minimum):

Basic Rails knowledge
Knows the concepts of Agile Processes.
Knows how to write tests.
Runs tests before every check in.
Comfortable refactoring view code for DRY application.
Can Rake deploy.
Can install plugins.
Can install gems.
Knows RESTful.
Can scaffold_resource.
Knows what a Web Service is.
Proficient at SVN.
Knows basic networking protocols. Differences in TCP vs UDP. IP layer. ARP, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS.
Can explain why multiple IPs are needed for SSL servers.
Applies XHTML/CSS in all work. No tables.
Aware of C.509 standards.
Uses X.* security certificates for passwordless login over ssh.
Proficient in basic regular expressions.
Uses RJS templates and update => |block|.
Uses UJS.
Uses remote_form and friends.
Can generate Data Model Visualization.
