Ruby on Rails is the fastest growing technology for developing websites on the Internet. Big fortune 500 companies are only beginning to see it’s full potential. Have you or your company taken the time to learn about what this new technology has to offer? Should you?
On Thursday, March 15 at DeVry University, the Orlando Ruby Users Group will be hosting an hour long talk about Ruby on Rails which will educate on the benefits of using this new technology. Learn where it comes from, why it’s getting so popular, and how it can help your company succeed.
The two speakers of the evening will be Robert Dempsey, Founder and Director of Rails For All, Inc., and Gregg Pollack, CTO of Atlantic Dominion Solutions, LLC. Together they have been developing and deploying successful Ruby on Rails websites for 2 years. Robert will be presenting the benefits of Ruby on Rails from the developer and management points of view and Gregg will provide an introduction to Rails along with a live coding demonstration.
This exciting event is a must-attend for managers who have heard about Ruby on Rails and are not sure of the business benefits of using it, developers who are considering learning Ruby on Rails, and current Ruby On Rails programmers looking for work.
